(Body Identified)…It was found Sunday.

(Border Patrol tracks another Ultralight)…This time it was carrying people. At around 1:54 Tuesday morning El Centro Sector Border Patrol agents on the ground were informed by Customs and Border Protection components of an ultralight aircraft were detected flying over the international border from Mexico into US airspace. The craft was operating without lights. Agents tracked the aircraft to an area near Calipatria. The ultralight landed, but soon took off again, headed back to Mexico. Agents on the ground found two people where it had landed, both Chinese Nationals. It was determined they were both in the country illegally and had been dropped off by the ultralight. Agents also arrested a Mexican National in a waiting vehicle who was suspected of being part of the human smuggling event. That man was in the United States legally. All 3 were taken to the Calexico Border Patrol Station for further investigation. Early Sunday morning agents had tracked an ultralight aircraft that resulted in the arrest of two and the seizure of more than 125 pounds of methamphetamine.

The City of El Centro is the recipient of a grant to upgrade the city's wastewater treatment plant.

(24 year old woman arrested)….Not many details have been released.
