A Monday morning traffic accident in El Centro sent two people to the hospital.

The accident was reported at 10:27 a.m. Monday at 4th and Hamilton in El Centro. Two vehicles were involved , one of them rolled over. According to El Centro Police two people were injured , a woman was flown from the scene by Mercy Air to Desert Regional Medical Center with head injuries. The other was transported to El Centro Regional Medical Center. 4th Street was blocked for a time as emergency personnel were on the scene.
