(Border City has a thief stealing license plates)....Calexico Police have posted video of the thief.

They need help in identifying the man. The Department has posted video of the man stealing the license plates of parked vehicles. They know what he looks like, now they wantr to know who he is. They are asking for the publics help. Anybody who can recognize the thief is being asked to contact the Calexico Police Department
