El Centro Police received a report of a man passed out behind the wheel of an SUV.

The report was made at about 3:15 Saturday afternoon. Police responded to the area of 4th and Ross and stopped the SUV. The driver turned out to be a convicted felon and was found to be in possession of loaded handguns and drugs. He was booked at Imperial County Jail on a variety of charges.
