A small earthquake lightly shook the Imperial Valley.

The magnitude 3.1 earthquake had an epicenter about 8 miles south of Seeley. According to the U.S. Geological Survey says the shaker was recorded at 6:52 p.m. Monday. There were no reports of damage.
