(Sunday rain)...It hit mostly in the extreme eastern Imperial County.

It has closed Ogier road until further notice. Flooding also hit mostly in the dunes, cutting the off-roaders weekend short. Thousands were reportedly in the Sand Dune Recreation Ares since late last week. The Sunday storm flooded some of the Dune areas, forcing many to wait for the water to subside before they could pack up their gear and head home. Exactly how many off roaders were affected is not know.
