(IVC offering a special program)...It is the Resilient Scholars Program.

It is being offered to 16 to 24 year olds with experiences in foster care, justice impacted or homelessness. According to Imperial Valley College, they offer holistic case management for those students. The program will be explained at an event set for September 22 from 3-5 pm in room 2734 at IVC.
