(Free Dump Day is Saturday)....It is hosted by Caltrans.

It is part of the Clean California initiative. Caltrans will set up dumpsters in their Maintenance Yards in Brawley and El Cntro. Residents can dispose of approved debris in the dumpsters from 7-11 am Saturday, or until the dumpsters are full. The clen-up effort is designed to keep roads and waterways from litter, create thousands of jobs and transform state and local public spaces through beautification efforts.
