(The County Board of Supervisors met Tuesday)....During the meeting they finished the process to give themselves a pay raise.

The initial process began June 28. That ordinance needed a second reading before it could take affect. The second reading of the ordinance came this week. The supervisors will receive a 3% pay increase, as well as $3,000 bonuses this year and next year. The pay raise for the supervisors is the same as was approved for department heads and other elected officials on June 14. The monthly salary for the supervisors will be $5162 this year, $5317 next year and $5476 in 2024.
