(Central Union High School Board names new Superintendent)....The District covers Southwest and Central Union High Schools.

The Central Union High School District Board recently announced they had chosen a new Superintendent. Doctor David Farkas has been named the incoming Superintendent for the District. Dr. Farkas is currently the Assistant Superintendent in San Ysidro. He has held that position for the past 3 years. He has served in many leadership positions in the past 26 years, including Proncipal in the Hemet Unified School District. The Central Union High School District Board will discuss an employment agreement with Dr. Farkas at the June 14 meeting. Dr. Ward Andrus will leave his position as Superintendent at the end of Junbe, 2022. Dr. Andrus has accepted the position of Superintendent in the Murrieta Valley Unified School District.
