(Sheriff's Investigators arrest a suspect)....The suspect is believed to have started a series of fires over the weekend.

Ten Haystacks were set on fire on Saturday. Witnesses had said they saw a black jeep leaving one of the fires. County Sheriff's investigators tracked down the vehicle lat Sunday morning. The vehicle was located north of Calipatria. That led them to the driver of the vehicle. Investigators identified the man as 57 year old Eriberto Saucedo Delgado. He was held while investigators continued to look into the fires. During the investigation, investigators say the suspect admitted to setting all the fires. Sunday afternoon the suspect was arrested for arson and booked into County Jail. Anyone with any additional information on the case is asked to contact the sheriff's office Investigation Division.
