(Caltrans District 11 Highway Workers memorial Day)....It will be held Tuesday at 10:00 am.

It will be held at the Caltrans Maintenance Yard at 1102 Montenegro Way in El Centro. A memorial display of 189 orange cones to signify each Caltrans worker killed statewide since 1921. This will be the first in-person eremony held in two years to pay tribute to highway workers who have died in the line of duty in honor of Caltrans Highway Workers Memorial Day.
