Yuma County Sheriff's deputies arrested a man following a pursuit.

On Thursday afternoon at about 2:4 p.m., YCSO deputies attempted to stop a 2005 Cadillac CTS on Fortuna Road at Interstate 8. The driver failed to yield and fled northbound The Cadillac struck multiple vehicles as the driver attempted to evade pursuing deputies. The Cadillac became disabled and the driver and a passenger fled on foot. One of the suspects, Richard Trujillo, 3, of Yuma, ws detained with the assistance of local community members. He was then arrested and booked into Yuma County Detention Center on charges including Burglary, Criminal Damage, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, and Displaying False License Plate. The second suspect, Eric Granville, 34, of Yuma, remains at large. YCSO says that Granville may be considered armed and dangerous.
