(IID Board meeting)....It will be held Tuesday, in La Quinta.

The Directors hold at least four meetings a year in La Quinta. The meetings deal mostly with power issues. The meeting Tuesday will begin with 3 presentations. Service Awards will be presented to 8 employees. There will be a presentation on the Coachella Valley cities infrastructure financing concept. The third presentation will be the Riverside County/IID power outage concept of operations. On the action agenda, the Directors will be asked to approve the contract for Internal Auditor. They will adopt the Board's positions on state legislation. And, they will be asked to approve energy cost adjustment billing factors. Public session begins at 1:00 pm.
