Vietnam and Global Veterans of Foreign Wars Posy 9305 will conduct an Honor Guard ceremony at the Veterans memorial Wall at Bucklin Park in El Centro. The ceremony that will include and slow hand salute for those who did not come back from the war will take place at 11:00 a.m.
