(US Citizen arrested)...Border Patrol recently stopped a pickup.

The vehicle was spotted driving on a field road near Bonds Corner Drain, south of Highway 98. An interview with the driver determined he was a US citizen and the six occupants were all undocumented individuals. After a further inspection of the vehicle, agents discovered methamphetamine in the pickup. The driver and the occupants were all arrested. A records check revealed the driver had two outstanding warrants in Imperial. The warrants were for probation violation for possession of a stolen vehicle and for person in control of matter displaying minor in sexual conduct, The driver was turned over to the Imperial County Sheriff's Office
