(Time Od Use rate informational workshops)...They will be conducted by the Imperial Irrigation District.

The workshops will be in January and February to introduce potential Time-Of-Use rates for energy consumers. A TOU Structure could establish electricity rates that vary according to the time of day, season and date, encouraging consumers to move their peak energy usage to a timeframe when more energy is available and is less expensive, providing cost savings options to customers. The first workshop will be Tuesday, January 11 following the IID Board meeting in La Quinta. It will be available to everyone via live stream. Workshops are also scheduled for February 1 and February 15 following the IID Board of Directors meetings in El Centro.
