(Gang Member tries to re-enter the U.S.).....He was arrested by Border Patrol agents.

It happened earlier this week. Border Patrol agents encountered an undocumented individual who had entered the US illegally. They found him about a mile north of the US/Mexico border. He was taken in for processing. A records check revealed the man was a 49 year old Mexican national. It also found he was a documented Sureno gang member with an extensive criminal and immigration history. The 49 year old had numerous conviction for inflicting corporalk punishment to a spouse or co-inhabitant, possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, hit and run and more. He had also been deported several times back to Mexico.
