The Imperial IrrigationDistrict Board of Directors will meet Thursday.
A Special Meeting of the Board has been called for 3:30 p.m. and will be held in the Condit Auditorium on Broadway in El Centro. The only item on the agenda is a closed session Conference with Legal Counsel concerning anticipated litigation.
