(IVC offering a course on English as a second language)....The course is free to Imperial Valley College students.

It is a non-credit course. School officials say you can still sign-up for late starting English as a second language classes at IVC. A registration event will be held to give information and help register students on Wednesday, October 6th, from 9 am to 6 pm in the front registration office at IVC.
