The public is invited t5o review and comment on the document. The Housing Element is a chapter of the Cities General Plan, and identifies El Centro Housing needs and establkishes clear goals and objectives to inform future housing decisions. The draft Housing Element 2021-2029 is available for public review at the City of El Centro City Hall Planning Division and at the City of El Centro Public Library. Comments will be received through September 3rd
