The meeting is available via live stream. Go to the county website. The Board will receive a COVID 19 update from the County Public Health Department. They will consider a request from Sheriff Ray Loera, to purchase two prisoner transportation vehicles. The Sheriff will also discuss purchasing two unmarked police vehicles. The Supervisors will consider a Homeless Emergency Aid Program Loan Agreement with the Imperial Valley Continuum of Care Council and Catholic Charities Diocese of San Diego. Priscilla Lopez, Director for Workforce and Economic Development, will present the Local Workforce Development Plan for fiscal year 2021-2024. The Board will also discuss forming the ad-hoc committee for the Agricultural Benefit Scholarship Match Program. And there will be a presentation from Jose Landeros, Chairman of the Imperial Valley Wellness Foundation.
