(Single Vehicle Collision)...It was reported at just after 7:00 Monday morning.

It was on Highway 78, near Osborne Park Road. The California Highway Patrol says a vehicle went out of control, hit the sand and rolled down an embankment. The vehicle caught fire, and was completely destroyed. The CHP says fortunately there no injuries reported. The Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate the incident.
