(Two Free Fishing Days this summer)....The California Department of Fish and Wildlife announced the free fishing days.

The first one is this Saturday, July 5. The second free fishing day is August 30th, also a Saturday. Free Fishing Day means no fishing license is needed to fish. However, all other regulations remain in effect, such as limits and size. The special days are perfect to introduce somebody to the sport of fishing, or a day out for the family. Children 15 and younger fish free every day of the year in California.
