(Local Library partially opens)....The pandemic forced the El Centro Library to provide service from out doors.
It has now opened, partially. The public Library is open at 25% capacity. That means only 35 people are allowed in the Library at any one time. That includes staff. The library has also opened it's restroom facilities to the homeless. Each homeless person can us the facilities once a day. Officials say that is not a popular rule, but is needed to help curb the spread of the virus.
