It was declared a national recognition campaign by congress in 2010. The campaign runs throughout the month of February. Locally, Womanhaven, A Center For Family Solutions is promoting the awareness campaign. You can show your support by wearing orang on Tuesday. Residents are askd to take a picture of themselves and friends wearing an orange garment and posting it on your social media using the hashtag#TDVAM2021, and tag womanhaven, as well.
