(County Supervisors)....They have a new leader.

The Board of Supervisors met earlier this week. At the meeting the Board reorganized. Outgoing Board Chairman turned the gavel over to District 3 Supervisor Mike Kelley. Plancarte thanked everyone in the County he worked with during his year as Chairman to the Board. He said he looked forward to beginning a new term in office under the leadership of the new Chairman. Plancarte was re-elected in November. The new Chairman said he looked forward to working with the Board and all county departments to ensure that services will continue to be provided to the community. Kelley also congratulated Plancarte on his year of hard work throughout the past year. Also at the meeting the Board chose District One Supervisor Jesus Escobar to serve as the Vice Chairman of the Board.
