(A Ball of meth thrown over the fence)...It happened Tuesday.

Border Patrol agents witnessed somebody throw an object over the International Border fence. The agents found the object on First Street. It was a kettlebell wrapped in tape. The contents tested positive for methamphetamine. It weighed just over a pound, with an estimated value of $2,452. The narcotics were turned over to the Drug Enforcement Administration. No suspects were arrested.
