According to the State of California playgrounds may remain open.
The State backtracked on their initial Stay at Home Order that mandated closing all playgrounds and announced this week that playgrounds may remain open to facilitate physically distanced personal health and wellness through outdoor exercise. The City of El Centro announced that while playgrounds would remain open the Sidewinder Skate Park and all city indoor recreational facilities would close. The city also said that the El Centro Aquatic Center will remain open during the Regional Stay at Home Order. All visitors must reserve their time before hand and use face masks and social distance as mandated.
