The Imperial County Registrar of Voters released another update on the November 3 General Election.

The latest information shows the race for a third seat on the El Centro city Council is still very much in the air. The Tuesday evening update shows Efrain Silva now has a 59 votes edge on Edgard Garcia. Monday’s update had given Garcia a 26 vote lead. As of Tuesday Silva has 4,928 votes and Garcia 4,869. 
The race for a seat on the Heber Elementary School Board shows Helen Diaz Molina with 620 votes and Claudette J. Miranda with 618. Molina’s lead yesterday was 77.
