Authorities are investigating an off-road accident that claimed a life Tuesday afternoon.
The accident was reported at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday in the Glamis area. Initial reports indicate it was a solo off-road vehicle accident with one fatality. No other information was released as the accident remains under investigation.
