(Rosie Blankenship announces her plans)….She has told the Board of Supervisors she will be retiring.

Blankenship is the current Imperial County Public Administrator and Director of the Area Agency on Aging. She has held those positions for the past 3 years. Blankenship says she will retire effective December 31 of this year. She says she will be utilizing the County's voluntary retirement opportunity that was approved in August. She said she was going to focus on her health, her family and her future.
