(Memorandum of Understanding)...It is between the Imperial Regional Alliances and the Consulate of Mexico in Calexico.

The MOU is over the IRA's Imperial Valley Small Business Development Center Program. The Memorandum  will serve to further efforts to provide training and orientation regarding how to protect patrimony, familiar economy, financial assistance, and education at no cost to promote the Mexican community's financial inclusion in Imperial County. Imperial Regional Alliance, Inc is a non-profit organization aiming to improve Imperial Valley's quality of life by strengthening links between education, job training, and employment opportunities.
