The Imperial Irrigation District Board of Directors meet Tuesday.

The meeting at the Condit Auditorium in El Centro will be called to order at 1:00 p.m. Among items on the lengthy agenda is approval of a work authorization for the Pilot Knob Unit #1 refurbishment project and approvals of repowering projects at several other IID facilities. After the public session the board will convene in closed session to discuss several items including a conference with legal counsel concerning existing litigation with Imperil Valley Computer Manufacturing and also, the Coalition for Accountable Electric Services in Riverside County.
