The Imperial County Public Health Department updated the numbers for COVID-19 on Friday morning.

An additional 5 deaths have been recorded in the last 24 hours , going from 127 on Thursday to 132 on Friday. An additional 105 individuals have tested positive for the virus and the number of active patients has dropped from 1,116 on Thursday to 1,092 on Friday morning.

Calexico has 2,512 reported positive cases of COVID-19 while El Centro has 2.030 , Brawley 1,323 , Imperial 667 , Heber 357 , Holtville 337 , Calipatria 184 and Westmoreland 104.
