(Fallen Law Enforcement officers will be honored  on May 2nd)...The 17th annual ceremony will be held at the Imperial County Courthouse on Main Street in El Centro.

The ceremony will honor the 49 officers who lost their lives in the line of duty in the Imperial Valley. The list includes all of the fallen officers from the first one, Deputy Julian Abraham Partin who died on February 11, 1920 to the latest Deputy Anthony Joel Redondo who lost his life on June 26, 2021. A motorcade procession will assemble in front of the courthouse at 6:45 May 2nd. The ceremony will begin at 7 pm. The public is encouraged to attend.
