The Imperial Valley Master Chorale will take a journey through the history of the Imperial Valley.
The program will consist of spoken word, archival photos and music. The program will kickoff the 2024-2025 season and will be the debut of Chorale Artistic Director George Scott. The trip begins with the barren desert of the Salton Sink, through the struggles of early pioneers to bring water to the land and continues into the thriving farmland and communities of today's Imperial Valley.
The concert will be on October 20 at the Pioneers' Museum on Aten Road at 2:00 p.m.
