They will begin Public Session by adopting a resolution honoring Adolfo Estrada on his retirement. Estrada is retiring after 25 year of service to the county in the Behavioral Health Services. They will proclaim the week of October 6th thru the 12th as Fire Prevention Month, and they will proclaim the month of October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Behavioral Health will ask the Board to approve a professional Services Agreement with Reps For Vets for fiscal year 2024-2025. They will consider a funding agreement with Calexico Unified School District, Kennedy Gardens Elementary School Project in an amount not to exceed $206,400. As the Air Pollution Control District they will consider a traffic study.
