(All registered voters in California will receive a mail-in ballot)....The elections department says voters can still go to a polling place to cast their ballot on Election Day.

If you choose to use the mail-in ballot, it needs to be completed and signed. The ballot does not need postage to be returned, as long as it is postmarked before November 5th. They can also be dropped off at a poling site, or at various location set-up around the county.
