(Heber Public Utility District has received a grant)....HPUD has been awarded at $75,000 grant.

It is from the National Philanthropic Trust. The funds will be used for a variety of park improvements across the community. The grant was recommended by the AgWest Local Advisory Committee. The funds will be used to enhance recreational areas, improve existing infrastructure, and create safer, more accessible community spaces for residents and families of all ages. New playground equipment will be purchased,  upgrades to athletic fields and accessible parking facilities. Work on the upgrades should be finished by the spring of next year,
