(San Diego State University Imperial Valley Campus)...A New Academic year begins today.

The Campus greeted 371 new students today, contributing to a potential record breaking combined enrollment of over 40,000 students across all of the SDSU Campuses for the first time in the University's history. One of the highlights for the new academic year is the recent opening of the state-of-the-art Sciences and Engineering Laboratories in Brawley. The facility is designed to prepare students for careers in the sciences, technology, engineering and Math fields, with a particular emphasis on meeting the demands of the region's burgeoning Lithium Valley Industry.
