(Collision reported on Interstate 8)....The California Highway Patrol responded to the report at 10 Friday morning.

The CHP responded to the scene at Eastbound Interstate 8, east of Meyer Creek. They found an injured male inside one of the vehicles. An ambulance was called to transport the man to a hospital. The extent of the injuries is unknown. Not many details have been released. The Highway patrol says the incident is under investigation
