(Imperial Irrigation District Directors meet Tuesday afternoon)...The regular meeting begins open session at 1 pm.

The meeting begins with a presentation from the county on Lithium Valley Specific Plan/PEIR. Service awards will be presented to 17 employees. And, the Team of the Month for September 2024 will be introduced. The only action item is the adoption of a resolution regarding the mitigation at the Managed Marsh Complex Phase 3 Project. There will be no informational items on the agenda. Following staff reports the Board will convene closed session to discuss anticipated litigation. If any action is taken, it will be announced after closed session.
