(41 year old will be tried)....Claudio Angulo is charged with the stabbing death of a 70 year old woman.

Maria Cruz was reportedly stabbed to death in her Westmorland apartment. It occurred on July 4th of last year. Angulo was arrested a month after the crime. The suspect was a neighbor to the victim. No motive has been revealed.
