The City of El Centro has issued $40.8 million of bonds to fund the construction of a new Police Headquarters building.

The bond bond sale is backed by Measure P sales tax revenue and issued with a Standard and Poors Global Rating of a very strong credit rating. The proceeds from the bond financing, along with Measure P reserves, will be used to fund the construction of a $38 million Police Headquarters building.
