(A Fundraiser).....It will benefit the Brown Bag Coalition.

It is a unique fundraiser. The event is being held at the new Quick Quack Car Wash on Imperial Avenue in Calexico. The Car wash is not officially open for business, but they will be offering a free car wash to anyone who shows up. It is a preview of what they will have to offer. At the same time, they will be asking participants to donate to the Brown Bag Coalition. It is not required to obtain the free car wash, but the company will match all donations received by the Coalition. Brown Bag is a non-profit organization that serves the homeless population in Calexico. The event will run today, Memorial Day, from 4-7 pm. The Car Wash is at 1115 Imperial Avenue next to Starbucks.
