Thursday the Biden Administration authorized completion of the Trump funded US/Mexico border wall in an open area south of Yuma. Four wide gaps make it among the busiest corrodors for illegal crossings. Completion of a new border wall was high on President Trump's agenda. President Biden halted new wall construction after he took office, however, closing the gaps south of Yuma have become a priority. The announcement did not say when construction would begin.
