(57 year old Eriberto Saucedo Delgado was in court recently)...He is a suspect in multiple arson fires in Imperial County.

He was arrested as a suspect in the Haystack Arson Fire at April 24th. He is being held in County Jail on multiple felony charges. This month he was in court for his preliminary Readiness court hearing. The defense attorney said if they could get all the information, they would be willing to discuss resolution to the case. The preliminary readiness hearing was reset for June 23, with the preliminary hearing tentatively set for July 25th.
