(Memorial Day Event)....In El Centro there will be an event at Bucklin Park.

The event will be hosted by the VFW Post 9305. It will begin at Evergreen Cemetery at 9:00 a, Activities at Bucklin Park will begin at 11. At the Cemetery there will be  a presentation and an Honor Guard Rifle Salute. The Bucklin Park event will be held at the El Centro Veterans Memorial. There will be a presentation, a reading of new plaque names and an Honor Guard Rifle Salute. Attendees are asked tobring your own folding chairs. The County, IID and most other businesses and schools will be closed for the holiday.
