(Two arrested in armed robbery)....Brawley Police recieved the call at just after two Tuesday morning.

The incident was reported at West Legion Road and Los Olivios Drive. The suspects reportedly used a taser and a firearm. The initial investigation indicated the victim sustained minor injuries. Police say they suspect it was an isolated incident, that the victim was targeted and it does not appear to have been a random attack. At 5:45 that evening, detectives and the Brawley Investigations Team conducted a search warrant on a residence in the 500 block of North 3rd Street in Brawley. Officers located evidence of the crime along with stolen property, a taser and a replica firearm. Police arrested a juvenile and an adult. They were charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and robbery. The juvenile was booked into Juvenile Hall. The adult was identified as 19 year old Joshua Guardado of Imperial. He was booked into County Jail with bail set at $30,000. They say it is an on-going investigation and anyone with any information should contact Detective Sergeant Green.
